E-Z Hat Loader USED

Show an empty top hat and sprinkle confetti in it. Next produce a variety of items from the hat.
Previous owner added a decal to the can but they put it on upside down.
Comes with Two Bags of Confetti (instead of the usual one). Comes with one clear glass, instead of the one painted to look like it is full of milk. Wooden egg and two paper streamers are missing.
